I called for a quote and was able to arrange an appointment that same day. John came out and surveyed the project and was able to give me a quote. After accepting the quote, he was able to do the job the very next day. The job was multifaceted From inside to out outside, including underneath my crawlspace. John was able to finish the job in less time than he anticipated, and it was all done professionally. It was a pleasure speaking to him, as he is very knowledgeable in his field. John did and excellent job repairing my issue with no water pressure.Not only is the water wonderful but he installed all new hardware.my shower is beautiful.I was not expecting thatGOD BLESS YOU John. He was kind,he even liked my dogs. I will only use Paynes Plumbing again and I will tell everyone I know that needs a plumber to call them.Thank you John
John was so helpful in an extreme emergency, all our pipes burst and he saved our butts right before Christmas! Went back a year or so later to ask if he could do some main line connections, and got it done in such a quick time frame and at a great price for all the effort he had to go through. I hope he sleeps in a pile of cash every night, because he’s WORTH IT!
