Our apartment technician is Robert and he is one awesome tech! He is always on time and provide excellent customer service. He is very respectful and listen to our residents concerns.

I absolutely love this place. I had moved into a bug (roach )infested apartment. And the apartment had its own exterminator company they used but for some reason the company products even on a constant basis was not doing the work of killing and keeping them away. I even brought products over the shelf trying to get them under control and it would just fail me too.I was told that I would probably have to get my apartment bombed which I and the neighbor on the other side of me would have to leave for 2 to 3 days and if that is if the rent office approved to pay for it due to it being pricey. Robert Snuggs' is the best Tech ever!! My company has worked with Dodson's for years. They have always been very great.
