Unfortunately I forget the two guys names but they got up to look at my gutters and told me they were clean and didn't need to be serviced. They said they didn't want to charge me because they didn't need to do anything. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL HONESTY ! I'M SIXTY- SIX YEARS OLD AND JUST HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY. I COULDN'T CLIMB UP THERE TO SEE IF THEY WERE CLEAN OR DIRTY . THEY COULD HAVE LIED TO ME AND JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND I'D NEVER KNOW. THEY EVEN TOOK PICTURES TO SHOW ME. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW GREAT IT IS TO HAVE A COMPANY WITH HONESTY EMPLOYEES TO STILL BE AROUND WITH THE WAY THE WORLD IS TODAY. They were easy to schedule and had my estimate within minutes, they arrived on time, did a great job, the technician Joshua was very helpful and understood when we needed to revise our plan.
Great service. Andrew was on time, efficient, and friendly. Explained exactly what he was going to do, why he had to wait a few minutes after spraying, etc. Even made friends with our 2 great danes. Very happy with the results, got out the stains from one of the dog's accidents (inn two different rooms) which is the reason we called them. Will definitely use Marshalls again and highly recommend Andrew!!
