Clear defense pest control is best one out there! I have had other companies over the years and CLEAR DEFENSE gives the most thorough service hands down! If I have any issues they take care of them right away. Issac Gibson was last one to perform service and was awesome! He was very personable and quite knowledgeable concerning my ants! All techs are prompt, professional and VERY thorough!! They also contact me to remind me of quarterly appointment and also when its completed. Cannot recommend them enough. “Last weekend our dog found a groundhog burrowing under our back porch near the foundation of the house. I went online and requested a consultation, thinking that I’d receive a call Monday morning since it was already late on Saturday afternoon. But within an hour, Sean reached out to me. We discussed the problem and made an appointment for Friday morning. He called when he was on his way - just like he said he would. He looked all around under our porch, but the groundhog must have decided he didn’t want to make his burrow there after all. Score a win for our doggo!! Anyway, Sean was great! We ended up not needing his services this time, but we’ll definitely call him should the need arise in the future!!“

“Highly recommend - our handyman referred us to Otis for our ant problem ... we have a lot of carpenter ants that we tried to kill w/ Home Defense and ant traps ... but knew we needed something more powerful. Jack came by to do the inspection - I learned a ton just by walking with him around the house; super friendly, knowledgeable, & funny. For example, sharing that carpenter bee larvae is like a buffet for woodpeckers lol. He also highlighted areas to be fixed that weren't bug-related which was appreciated too. I appreciated that both Derek & Jack have worked at Otis for a very long time - that says a lot about the company. While the intention was to kill all the ants, Derek also identified several wasp nests which he was brave enough to spray - thank you! And the day after - looks like the extermination was successful ... we'll continue to monitor.“
