Audra in the office is very good at her job! Austin called ahead, arrived on time, assessed the issue, offered a few repair options, completed the job quickly and competently. He was mannerable, professional and offered rates for other plumbing jobs. Getting a quick appointment and resolution has taken some pressure off
We had a new toilet installed and a water softener system which filters chlorine, microplastics, etc. We previously had hard water and we already notice a difference in water quality.Soft water also makes hair and skin soft. The team was very friendly and professional. They were knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. They did an excellent job. Because of them, I will use The Plumbing Authority in the future for any plumbing needs. We previously had a tankless water heater installed by Chris and have been very pleased with the service and water heater itself.
