I went in for my massage with a lot of pain and muscle tightness and came out transformed. My pain was gone and I was left with a feeling of such complete relaxation. The feeling continued all evening and into the next day after a night of deep sleep and a pain free wakening. It was very restorative.
I felt listened to and felt that Meryl addressed my issues and was responsive to my needs. Highly recommend.

The massage with Meryl was an excellent experience. After I booked the appointment, I read her biography on the website and was impressed by her obvious desire to learn new modalities to enhance her practice. During the massage, she paid close attention to any details that could increase my comfort and provided information on other community resources (such as chair yoga classes) that might be beneficial. I am looking forward to booking regular sessions with Meryl.
