Absolutely loved how Han did my hair! The color is absolutely perfect. I’m very new to the area and she took time to sit down and discuss my hair before starting, which helped make me feel extremely comfortable with her working her magic. I will definitely be back and sending my daughter her way too!

Jenn took such good care of me she gave me her time and sat down and listened to my requests as well as being patient enough to hear to my reasons behind them. She was very easy to talk to and get along with throughout the appointment. I can see why the salon is the caliber that it is.
She was also very straightforward with her information for styling tips and product options using an approach that stands behind the brands being offered, which really helps me make informed purchases- a must with the scalp sensitivities that I deal with. Salon Yeager does it right! Clean, more than an appropriate level of staff (rare) to meet every client’s expectation, along with an exceptional client experience! I found Salon Yeager when I was looking for an Ouidad curly cut expert in Knoxville via Google. Dawn was my first choice. Yesterday, I went in looking for a miracle transformation and OH YES, Dawn delivered!! Highly recommend!
