The product was delivered on the day that was promised. Ben (the driver) called me to let me know he was in line to get loaded, then texted me when he started heading my way. Ben was VERY friendly and professional. The topsoil is excellent, I highly recommend this company.

We just had Acadia finish our third project with them. Again, they did an outstanding job. The experience has always been pleasant - starting with David and his ideas, to the actual finished product. The first project with did with Acadia was to have them fix our drainage ditch going to, and under, our driveway. It was compromised and we were afraid that we were going to end up losing our driveway in a sinkhole. David and the owner spent many hours coming by, and discussing how to fix it properly to make sure it was done correctly. That was 2 years ago, and we have not had any issues since. I contacted Lynn, the office manager, after seeing a Facebook Marketplace ad, and I am so thankful that I did! The building is neat and tidy, there are a ton of materials and crew on site, but the vibe is mellow and well ordered. After running into the owner, Phil (in photo with me) he solved a issue I'd had for some time in a matter of minutes. They have a large crew and capacity to move and manage materials, and I'm looking forward to my first delivery of many. They have an incredible design team if you need help visualizing your possibilities!
