7686 Oak Ridge Hwy, Knoxville“This is the best Opthalmologist practice we've ever gone to. We've got a large family; the 9 of us have seen all 3 doctors over the past 3 years. We have all only ever had excellent experiences from check in to buying glasses. (You can buy cheaper glasses elsewhere but it's a risk they won't get the prescription right if you have progressives or bifocals.)“

Corey was a massive help and called around to multiple other stores to see if they had what we needed! Even though we were not able to get what we needed, Corey went above and beyond to try and help us out.“

11663 Parkside Dr, Knoxville“I didn’t get glasses until later in life. SoI started at the “big box” stores. Over the last 3 years, the big one at our Knoxville mall has messed up my glasses and contacts over and over - never making eye contact with me or listening to my needs on top of ordering the wrong items. I finally found Dr. Best through a friend and she’s been such a game changer! I’m finally wearing daily contacts (which I’ve wanted for years but told I couldn’t have) and she put me in neurolenses to improve my glasses game! They’re not inexpensive but they’re worth it! I got them for sunglasses as well… AND I’m going to order an extra pair without power to wear with my contacts (for astigmatism) when I need to do more focused work/reading. She spent 40 min with me during the initial visit… never rushed me and really truly listened to my needs/wants! So grateful! Sent my husband to her and he is just as happy with her knowledge, instinct to educate and service.“

4613 Papermill Dr NW, Knoxville“Andes is a participating provider with my vision insurance so I went to look at frames. Greeted by nice female receptionist who is so helpful picking frames. The optician, Mark, is so nice and is also happy to help in anyway. He looked up frames to see about other colors and styles. He fixed my current glasses that were messed up. Although I left without buying new glasses, it is only bc I am waiting for my insur to clear up a mistake with my frame coverage. Customer service is a 10/10 for Mark and receptionist!“
