Mencer’s is by far the best tree service in the Knoxville area. They are honest, professional, polite, knowledgeable and above all TIMELY. They come when they say they will and keep you informed every step of the way. Their expertise, honesty and integrity is worth every cent. They understand how insurance works and stand behind their work. Many thanks to Andy and his team for being so efficient and pleasant to work with. We have used them several times and have never been disappointed. We highly recommend you give them try. Their ratings are well deserved!!!!!
Highly recommend! Derrick and his crew removed two trees for us. They arrived on time and were so efficient. The job was done quickly and just how we wanted. Could not be more pleased. Your crew just finished up two different jobs for me today - one at my daughter’s house and one at my house. I am really pleased at the quality of the work, the efficiency and expertise of the crew, and the quality of the cleanup afterwards. The crew chief was very courteous and conscientious about the work and made sure I was satisfied before moving on.This is my first experience with Mencer’s, but certainly not my last. True professionals and I certainly will recommend you to anyone I can in the future!
