“We hired North Knox Siding for a complete exterior overhaul of our 1950s rancher. Blake was our rep and he was on-time and responsive.

The project included new siding, trim, soffit, fascia, and guttering. The entire process was smooth and their estimate of both cost and timing was accurate.

They found some unexpected surprises hiding under the sheathing which they were able to quickly explain the problem and provide additional cost to fix. It was not unexpected and never did I feel like they were selling me something I didn't need.

Instead of changing everything, the work focused on the areas that actually needed attention. Matching the existing material was important because I didn't want the repaired sections to stand out. “Spending 40 plus years in the construction business there was a common joke that “there’s no such thing as a good roofer.” This week that saying was proved wrong.

I asked two roofing companies to try and fix a leak in our house roof.and give us a price for a new roof. Both companies failed to fix the leak but wastef no time giving us a very high price for a new roof. I knew the pricing was stupid high so I called Mo Shingles’s because of his radio commercials.

Andy showed up exactly on time. Took one look at our roof and said “you don’t need a new roof. You have at least two years left maybe more on your existing roof.”

I told him about the leak. It took Andy aboit 5 minutes to find the leak and repair it. When done he gave me a ballpark estimate that is more in line with market value.
