Lots of imperfections in my nails. They don’t know how to make builder gel!
Update: After my original review, Irene personally reached out to me and apologized for my experience. She invited me back so she could fix my nails herself, and I’m really glad I gave them another chance. She did a beautiful job and completely fixed the issues I had with my builder gel. I also really appreciated how seriously she took my concerns and how much she cared about making things right. Thank you, Irene! I’m very happy with my nails now. 🌸

I was visiting my parents for the weekend and made an appointment on a whim for a gel mani and pedi. I was greeted with a lovely check in and a lobby full of more color/brand options than any nail salon I’ve ever been. Linda did my 60 minute pedicure and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I love an intense massage and that she did all while asking if her level of massage was satisfactory. HIGHLY recommend Linda as she is one of the best foot massagers I’ve experienced in quite some time.

I had such a great experience with Nancy at Donna’s Nails & Lashes! She did my builder gel with extensions, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. They’re absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
Nancy was professional, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my preferences. She never rushed the appointment and paid close attention to every detail. You can tell she’s a true perfectionist who takes pride in her work, and it definitely shows in the final result.
