We are very happy with our fence and the process of deciding how to implement the installation. Working with Eric was fantastic. He’s incredibly responsive to texts and phone calls. I am one of those people that has lots of questions and he really helped me grok everything. I had several indecisive moments and he helped me talk through things. Our fence is the western red cedar and I appreciate how knowledgeable Eric Bergin was with practical matters of installation and codes.
Had the opportunity to grind a stump and do some clean-up after Able Gunite finished a pool project. Really impressive work. We all know Doug is the man, but this one is for the techs in shop, and Josh. I had my car towed there afternoon of the 22nd after trying to diagnose everything myself and fix it because who wants to spend a bunch of money if they don't need to. Eurospec went out of their way to figure out what was going on and get my car back to me on Christmas Eve before they closed. I can say I probably wasn't the easiest person to deal with because I was just frustrated, but they still went above and beyond to get me taken care of and get my car back to me right before Christmas. Greatly appreciated, and great shop!

Mitchell is phenomenal at intentionally bringing out people's personality and unique qualities in the photos, while helping you to feel confident and relaxed during the process. He's a lot of fun to work with and I look forward to working with him again in the future!

After in investing in a new roof, I was keen to remove any overhanging limbs and branches, one of which stemmed from a neighbors river birch. After repeated attempts to find a solution with the neighbor, including offering to pay for the service, discussions broke down and I was barred from stepping foot on their property. This posed a challenge as the trunk of the tree resided fully on the neighbors property, not on the property line (distinction important in TN property law). East TN Tree Service was incredibly knowledgeable and creative in coming up with a solution that ensured I achieved my goals while respecting the neighbors demand and TN laws. I also live in an HOA community and they were more than prepared to provide me with the necessary paperwork to get the work approved by the HOA. In addition to the river birch, I also had East TN re-shape a maple that the electric company had cut and limb up a different maple in the rear of the property. On the day of service, there was some miscommunication. The office called around 4:00 - 4:30 to notify me that the crew was held up on another job and wouldn't make it to me that day. Bummer, but I tried to be understanding. Then, to my surprise, the crew arrived around 5:00! They hadn't connected with the office and left the choice to me. I said go for it! They used a boom truck to keep everyone on my property while reaching the necessary limbs. This was no easy feat as I also had powerlines nearby to avoid. I showed the crew chief the staked property line before everyone got started. He stood there the WHOLE time making sure no one crossed it and everything was only trimmed back to the line. It was a relief to know they were taking the whole situation as seriously as I was. No joke, they took less than a hour! They asked to leave the debris overnight - again not ideal but sure it won't hurt anything/anyone for 12 hours. The pile was GONE before we were even up the next morning!! All and all I can't recommend East TN Tree Service enough. If you have a complicated removal or a pesky neighbor, they are who you should trust to achieve your goals. I hope I don't have to work with them again ;) but won't hesitate to call them if I need tree services again!

McGinley mower shop is the best repair shop that I have found. They are very good and very honest. I will always take my mowers there for service and repair. Also I will buy any future mowers from them. Highly recommend.

I was here in 2016 and still driving today. This school I would say is this best in the country.....all you have to do is listen and take in the information and watch your dream come true....I made it and so can you!!!!!!
I have been coming to countryside since 2019. Monica has seen all of our dogs so I can't really speak on the other vets. She is amazing. The techs are amazing. The office staff is always so nice. Monica saved my yoshi bear. She has been there for me and my family for all of our dogs and their needs. Monica has helped 5 of our seniors cross the rainbow bridge over the years and i cannot praise enough the care and compassion her and her team show towards us and our furbabies. I see there are some unhappy reviews and I would expect that because there is no perfect business out there. I refuse to take my animals anywhere else. The vets do their best to make our animals feel comfortable and safe. I know since covid they changed up in not letting us owners come back with our pets. I feel they are looking out for the best interest of our pets. Sure I would love to go in with them, but if it helps the vets and techs to do what they need to do without the strain of us being in the way, then so be it. Not everyone will have a perfect experience but we should extend grace as everyone that works there may be going through something that we don't know about just as in any work place. This place is amazing. Establish that relationship with them. They are worth it.
Amy was totally prepared, knows the products and while always answered our questions, she gave us space to design our home with our personal taste.
I am grateful that cornerstone exists. Their staff is amazing. From their therapists, group facilitators, nurses… even down to the janitorial and cafeteria staff are extremely capable, friendly people who you can tell really want to help. Most of them have been where I was and have achieved long term sobriety. They show that (while it might not be easy) it is possible. For anyone out there who knows that rock bottom has a basement, there is hope. I highly recommend giving cornerstone a call.
