“I had an exceptional experience at Coulter Family Dentistry today. They go beyond your typical expectations for a trip to the dentist. From the time I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. All the staff are professional and personable. Especially Annie- thanks for doing a great job on me! I didn’t fail to notice the small touches like the essential oils diffusing, the tv on the ceiling, and the massage chair. They’ve done a great job integrating photography into the appointments as well. The professional images of my teeth were a great visual for pointing out and understanding what Dr Coulter was telling me. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my appointment. “This was my experience as a new patient. An excellent experience with Katie, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth; however, I found Dr. Chesney to be lacking somewhat in social skills. He came into the room - my chair was turned away from the door - and did not acknowledge that he was there or even bother to introduce himself. I heard his voice and turned around and introduced myself. I was definitely not happy with his demeanor. From what I have read, I am confident of Dr. Chesney's skills, but I remain unhappy with his demeanor.“
