We have been bringing our two dogs to AllKreatures for three years. We always feel secure in know that our dogs will be well cared for while we are away. Everyone is exceptionally kind and are always willing to be flexible when our schedules changes.
Thank you to the entire staff for taking such great care of my puppies! Everyone always take extra time to make sure they will be taken care of during their stay and I know they will be safe & happy whenever they are boarding with AllKreatures!
very good as usual. Bath was very well done. overnight boarding good as usual. Only complaint that I have had for years is the early closing which makes getting boarded pet difficult, especially on Sunday. Reason given is staff not trained on handling checkout payments. many simple solutions for this...such as pre pay for boarding and credit card on file for any additional charges. One person is all that is needed to pick up pet after 5:30 p.m. or earlier on sunday.
