We experienced major water damage in our kitchen from a defective water line to our refrigerator. It went undetected for some time. Sierra James was referred to us by a plumber as someone we should contact. Sierra James responded quickly to our notification. They had people here quickly. They were good about explaining what needed to be done. They worked well with our insurance company. They were very responsive to all our questions during the repair work and we received weekly updates via email as to what was accomplished. They couldn't have been better about helping us through this process. If we ever have something like this happen again, they will be the company we will call.

Reviews
Sierra James successfully managed an extremely complex, multi-building, multi-family structural reconstruction for our HOA with professionalism, transparency, exceptional communication, and high-quality workmanship. Their project management, software, crews, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, and we have complete confidence the work is done right.
Sierra James managed our recovery and restoration after a burst pipe flooded our entire lower level. From the very beginning, Jordan, Laurel, Brian and Kayli set attainable timelines, handled all the communications with insurance and 3rd party contractors, and kept us up to date on everything happening at the house. Many times they would come by just to double check on the progress as most the work was outsourced to floor installers. When it was time to move everything out of the house, Melissa and her moving and cleaning team packed everything up in record time, and took extra care of the complicated audio system. Rachel and Andria handled the cleaning and pack back and I cannot say enough about how thorough they were…from dusting around the drinkware to taking extra care in cleaning the new gym floors to painstakingly rewiring the audio! The whole process was so smooth and professional. When the disaster happened, we had so much anxiety on how we were going to be able to restore our home. Sierra James took all of that anxiety away and we couldn’t be happier with they way everything turned out! Thank you SJ team!!!!
