Kelly is an exceptional professional who is incredibly thorough and takes her time to ensure every detail is perfect. She does not rush the process, which in my opinion is vital when dealing with the delicate symmetry of the face. Beyond her technical skill, she is the most pleasant person; I truly enjoyed chatting with her throughout the appointment. She gave me the most wonderful gift—my eyebrows! They look absolutely great, and the results are both natural and transformative. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to handle such a sensitive task.
