I was looking for a permanent makeup as well as brow microblading and came upon Kelly at Carey Ink (soon to be under Kelly Ink in Tumalo) I was more than pleased with Kelly's integrity (told me my brows didn't need to be done yet and my eyeliner would look better just as lash enhancements; and she was right!), professionalism, and sweet, kind energy. Kelly did some exfoliating before putting on the numbing cream which made a huge difference in the pain levels I've experienced before. Kelly also doesn't force one to get expensive touch ups after 6 months or a year or end up paying start over prices again!! If you don't need the touch up, why get dinged?! Kelly is absolutely amazing….she is an artist. She walked me through the process over the phone with clear instructions and expectations. We had 2 fun sessions and my brows are fabulous, I am thrilled with her work. Additionally, Kelly is kind and loves all things beauty…I would 110% recommend her!!!Service: Microblading
