When we found a major water leak in our shower with severe subfloor damage and extensive mold, it turned out that Sierra James was the perfect solution to our problem. The demolition and remediation process was outstanding, communication was immediate so we were never in the dark about anything throughout this part including them finding the exact cause of the leak. The rebuild went forward in a timely and extremely professional manner, again, communication was excellent, keeping us up to date on progress as well as options. The finish work was first class and much better than the original. “Interesting to see the one star review that's obviously fake, sad to see fake reviews on Google. I don't work for this company, I'm just a loyal customer of over four years. This company does very good work. On more than one occasion we had roof leaks and they came out right away. They answered the phone on the 1st ring. Gal who answers is professional and courteous, and if you ask her a question she has the answer. The workers cleaned up after themselves and were careful with the roof when they walked on it. Have had them here now 5 times for two different buildings on the property. When we had so much trouble this year, instead of trying to get me to spend a lot of money, they told me how to take care of my roof the right way, thus saving me more damage. This is a good company who you can trust, they've been here in Central Oregon for many years. They always answered the phone calls, called me back as needed, and answered my emails right away, too.“
