About Bend Hot Yoga

Bend Hot Yoga offers a diverse range of yoga classes for all levels, with heat options to suit different preferences. The studio boasts two spaces: the Radiant Room, heated by infrared heaters, and the Treehouse studio, providing a cooler environment. Class styles include Original Hot Yoga (bikram style), Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Inferno Hot Pilates, and more. The studio is known for its knowledgeable and friendly owners, as well as its welcoming atmosphere. Amenities include showers and bathrooms. While some students highly recommend the studio and its instructors, particularly for experienced yogis, others have found certain classes, like Bikram, lacking in clear instruction and guidance, potentially making them less suitable for beginners.

Such a great studio with a diverse array of classes...love it so much. Just did the 2 week student special, thinking about purchasing a membership but live in Redmond so a little out of the way. PLEASE open a studio in Redmond we need it!

If you are serious about yoga, this is the best place in town. I've been a yogi for over 20 years and this studio offers a myriad of options and instructors. There is something for everyone. The radiant heat is an amazing experience in itself. However, they also offer a smaller room without heat, if that's your preference. The Hot Hatha, 26/2, and Vinyasa classes are more therapeutic with heat. Bring a towel if you opt for heat because you WILL sweat. The owners are super sweet and knowledgeable and everyone always greets you when you arrive. They do have showers and nice bathrooms. For more advanced classes, I suggest one of Marz or Heather's classes. Namaste.

Beautiful studio, very nice people. I have been doing bikram and different styles of hot yoga for 15 years and had Michael as our teacher. I brought my 2 friends who tried Bikram for their first time.. wasn't impressed for a beginner or class or just a regular Bikram class unfortunately. Michael barely instructed the step by step process to get into poses.. my friends had no idea what they were doing except to watch me in front of them. Michael wasn't observing the class at all.. many people around me didn't have their body mechanics down or even in a pose that was offered to hold to work their way up to the pose. This is a HUGE part of teaching yoga in general... especially Bikram so the benefits are more transparent. Another thing was Michael would start talking about very weird things off topic during poses.. just awkward energy all around. Maybe will try another teacher ??
