Jason did a very good, friendly, professional job in a timely manner. I would recommend Mr. Rooter because they came on the same day to do the job, they went above and beyond, which others could not.

Swift to show up after the call for help. Knowledgeable, fast, efficient, friendly. Jason relieved our anxiety as a guest had arrived, her bathroom sink non-functional. Jason solved our problem, cleaned up, explained our possible plumbing system configuration below the house. Happy to have him back when needed again.

Roger came out to repair a broken water main. He was on time, professional and communicated well. This was important to me as I was unable to be onsite for the repair. He provided detailed pictures of the work that was done. I would definitely call Mr Rooter and Roger again.
