“2026-----After almost 5yrs I started my membership up again and the gal Megan at the north side of bend was outstanding! She was personable, professional, understanding and accommodating. A far cry from how it was during and after covid.... Megan was extremely knowledgeable about all the packages and memberships. Just pleasent all the way around. More employees should be like Megan. 🌞 the only disappointment is now they close at 7pm instead of 9....bummer

2020----When it came to covid.The business had shut down as well as thier Other company fitness 1440. So even though you were unable to use your membership they still charged every month for thier membership As well as The quarterly Maintenance fee. Which is unfairDue to the company not even being open. Also decided to pop in the north location at approx 4:20 pm. On a Tuesday and they were closed! No note and no message“
