Jodi was prompt and very professional. He looked over our area of concern and explained the extermination process he would be using. He was quick and thorough as well as being congenial. We were extremely happy with him and the service he provided.
I’m so very impressed with how I was treated with the whole process. From making the appointment to getting the service that was needed. I was called to verify the visit and also called from the tech to say that he was on his way. Pete was my tech and he was accompanied by a new tech. Pete explained everything in great detail of what my service agreement included and how the would be taking care of my pest problem. I had a one week follow up appointment for traps to be checked. these guys are great! very friendly techs, good prices that anyone can afford and fast and friendly service. i would recommend the bend branch to everyone I know. I have been lucky to have them around for this whole year and don't plan on ever going anywhere else. they are also pet friendly and trustworthy. we even trust them enough to leave a house key for them when we are at work.... thanks so much for your hard work and knowledge!
