I called Terminex based on the recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed. The owner called me and explained everything very clearly and addressed my concerns about using chemicals in our home. The technician came out the next morning. Corbin was friendly and professional, explaining exactly what he would be doing. I am pleased with the service for sure.

All went very well. Very Pleased when I called to set up an appointment and then the tech came out to do his job.All who I talked to (employees )were very kind and professional. So glad I called & have their amazing service.

Michael, the service technician for Terminix, is excellent. He’s transparent, honest, and easy to work with. The office staff are also very attentive and way to work with.Dustin, the owner, is also pretty easy to work with, but apparently has had some issues with getting paid on some termite contracts, so he was very anxious when I didn’t have my physical credit card with me (I use Apple Pay 90% of the time) to pay for service beforehand.I’m not accustomed to paying for service upfront, in almost any case.
