I have been a customer of Terminix (Bend) for over twenty years. From ownership, front desk, service techs customer service is always excellent. When you call you talk with a staff willing to help whatever your situation may be (yes, a human). The front staff is kind and listens willing to accommodate your schedule.
Over the many years I have had a few different techs. All were excellent in customer service, integrity in their job duties, trustworthy, every one has eventually had access to our home which is an earned trust.

I called after hours expecting a call the next day. The owner called me back within 5 min. Yellow jackets under our hot tub, no Bueno!! Kyle came out the next day. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable! He treated the problem with a one week follow up. Problem solved. Highly recommend. May get on a treatment schedule. 26 years never had a problem but with warmer winters wasps could become one! Thank you Terminix and Kyle 🙏🙏
