“I have found my favorite nail technician in Bend. Haley MacDowall has been trained by her mother, Cheri (the owner of Look Esthetics) - herself one of the best nail technicians in Bend. Cheri passed down her knowledge to Haley and Haley is now the BEST! I had a spa manicure and an ultimate spa pedicure and it was FABULOUS. I have very dry cuticles due to very frequent hand wash and after my manicure was done my nails and cuticles looked amazing and healthy again. The pedicure was fabulous also. Haley really took her time to do an outstanding job and my toe nails have never looked better, but my favorite part was the massage. Haley is not only extremely professional but she is extremely pleasant to talk to. My entire appointment took 2hrs and it was worth every penny!Look Esthetics Salon is a very chic and cozy place, and most important it is extremely clean – shiny clean :)I cannot recommend Haley enough – definitely 10 stars out of 5.“

“I’m going to start with the best part of my experience. My esthetician, Corinna, gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. This is no joke. I’ve frequented spas in Sacramento,Breckinridge, D.C, Costa Rica to name a few and I’ve never experienced such a thoughtful and meticulous facial. She let me know she was specially trained in a European technique, not quite sure what that means but I was in heaven. She did a double cleanse, steam, double mask and the most amazing facial massage in the world. I’m a cosmetologist so I’m sure she knew just how badly I needed a head massage as well. Corinna knew exactly which products to use on my oily skin and made sure to finish up my service with a healthy coat of lotions and sunscreen. Now for the logistics.This spa is 100% committed to maintaining a safe environment during our Covid-19 world. I felt very safe and taken care of. I left with a product to take home that would help control my oils but I was the one to ask for something to take home, she wasn’t pushy in the slightest.My least favorite part is that I live in a different state. Looks like I’ll be making a bi-yearly pilgrimage to Bend from here on out, granted that Corinna still works there.“

After my appointments with Emily V, I always get so many compliments on my hair, she has really helped me customize the shade of blond to a tone that works best with my skin and desire for the color to last a while and be low maintenance during grow out. I feel like I can go longer between appointments — though I always find myself still booking at my regular intervals because my appointments are something I look forward to.Parking tip: it might seem like tight parking right on that Colorado Ave corridor and down by the food trucks, but I have always found easy parking just a couple blocks away up in the nearby neighborhoods.“

I am a chronic headache sufferer and when I went to see her in August, I’d had a headache for close to a week; it was the reason I made the appointment in the first place. Kelly really took the time to talk to me about what was going on and made great suggestions about stretches I could try at home to alleviate some of my neck and shoulder tension. She gave me a massage targeted to my specific needs and it was amazing! It was the most personalized massage experience I’ve ever had, and I walked out of Radiant headache free.
