Lost power to our irrigation pump. Our irrigation contractor (Aspen Landscape) and Bend Electric worked together to replace a failed underground power cable. Bend Electric also upgraded the circuit to code (maybe the reason for the failure of a 20 year old 200 foot cable) and added an electric vehicle charging station. Can't say enough positive things about their guys. Shaun and his two electricians (Ben and Colton) blew me away with their professionalism, quality and speed of their work. There is no question that we will call them for service next time we need help.

I've used them twice to fix basic items like broken dimmer switches, a sketchy kitchen fixture and even strange stuff like helping to figure out what an overheating transformer did and help with connecting central smoke detectors. Sean arrived both times, on time, super friendly, with time to answer all my questions. It does seem in non-emergency situations it helps to call early and these seem to finalize the schedule in the morning and they seem pretty good at squeezing you in if they're in the neighborhood. Down in Sunriver that's a helpful tip. Overall, very happy customer and would recommend any time.
