My first time doing pilates was great with Debby. I was in a small group with 4 other women. Debby explained every stretch and exercise clearly and without judgement. I enjoyed the class and will defintely go back.
Deb is an astounding teacher who clearly loves her craft! She guides class in a way that’s challenging and mindful of each student’s level of experience and physical limitations, integrating adjustments in technique to ensure everyone that attends gets the workout that fits his or her individual needs. I always stand taller and feel stronger after class and can’t wait to return for the next one!
As a trail running rat, I didn’t expect to spend much of my summer indoors until I injured my hip in a big way. I was recommended to add Pilates to my PT to aid recovery, and I couldn’t be happier that I did. I attended both group classes and private sessions and they delivered so much sneaky strength and rehab that I find myself now, end of summer, back to more mobility than I could have expected. Heather in particular has been a phenomenal instructor: challenging, attentive, patient, and did I mention challenging?
