I just had my 2nd session with Manny. I have been experiencing pain in my neck and shoulders as well as my low back over the past year or two. This tightness has caused my to not only have frequent headaches, but sciatic-like symptoms when driving two or more hours in my SUV. I just returned from a 3500 mile road trip and I had zero pain in my glutes! If you've experienced this and the need to sit on a lacrosse ball to quell the flames...you know - this is seriously - no joke!
