I love coming to see both Chris and Manny!

I first started visiting Manny to try Rolfing- I am on my 9th session and I genuinely feel my body’s relationship to standing and navigating movement has changed. Each time I’ve come in, I feel I am more connected to the ground and not fighting against gravity. Manny really takes the time to educate me as well.

I also have now been seeing Chris for a month. She makes me feel heard and cared for. Her presence is comforting and my nervous system relaxes every time I come in. I had an incredible experience at Bend Center for Integrative Health and Wellness. The combination of acupuncture and Rolfing they offered was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
