John came to our rescue w a couple of new pet stains on recently cleaned carpets. He not only got rid of the new stains but the carpets are brighter in general. Also educated us on the challenges of using a smaller hand carpet cleaner.We throughly enjoyed our time w John and now have beautiful carpets as a bonus! Highly recommend!!!
