I went to Dr. Anna with almost two years of chronic back pain after a disc herniation injury related to running over time. She took so much time and care to listen and make a plan. After several sessions, my back pain was significantly reduced. My mobility and pain remains much improved and am able to be more active again. I would highly recommend her, she is very talented and a wonderful human.
I have been coming here weekly since the end of February and am so incredibly grateful to have found Aqua Terra. From when I initially reached out about insurance, scheduling and all the things; Haden has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is always kind, patient and knowledgeable; this is extremely refreshing as sadly is not something I see much of these days.
