My 20 year old carpet had many pet stains but after Rich did the cleaning it looked new again. Another vintage hooked rug had red candle wax stains and Rich removed all of the staining. I will definitely hire him again.

Rich, was out to clean our carpets the same week we made the appointment. He called us before arriving and arrived on time. He was friendly and fast. The carpets look great! His pricing was super reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Rich is truly one of a kind. We have used Rich for over five years in our home, a couple of them pet emergencies. He does an unbelievable job, at a reasonable rate. His equipment is “The Best In Bend” I highly recommend Rich and Absolute Carpet Cleaning. They are absolutely the best.Gary Sherman
