First time ever trying acupuncture for migraines. Been working with Alison Conachen over past several weeks. She’s been great - listening to my issues, tailoring treatment to address them and I’m seeing good results. Very much recommend Alison.

Got a full body massage from Dasja. My neck and shoulders were stiff. My lower back gets a pinch now and then. She gave me a good oil rub down, worked my knots out and cupped my back. Definitely a great job. Felt relaxed afterwards and had a great sleep that night.
