We got the keys to our new home a few days before moving in and found stains on almost all of the carpets. I called Pro Steam Services late in the evening not expecting an answer and my call was answered by a very friendly woman who was able to schedule carpet cleaning for us urgently before we moved in. I was so relieved! The technician, Daniel, was incredibly professional, warm and thoughtful. He gave us a really good deal to do all of the carpets in our home, which was more than I had originally asked for and he did a fabulous job. The stains on the carpets were all gone and looked great.
