Had to bring my cat in for an emergency and was amazed at how speedy, and compassionate, everyone was. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind and helpful, the techs and vets were great at explaining things. And despite already starting the ultrasound on my kitty when she decided to throw up what was bothering her, I was refunded the cost of the ultrasound. I am so grateful for the care my cat received here and if I find myself in an emergency again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We had a very pleasant time visiting with our cat. Our nurse was so wonderful and loved our Snape like her own. Our Vet was so informative and experienced. Both were very kind. I couldn't ask for more. The kindness and understanding, It was real and made me feel so comfortable.Our nurse, was relatable and kind. Very easy to talk to. Our Dr., explained everything in great detail to really help us figure out what is going on. Professional, friendly, helping me to get my 150lb dog in my SUV, excellent care of Reggie, a multitude of services for dogs and cats, I feel Dr Couto and the other Veterinarians go above and beyond. I have witnessed this on many occasions, especially with Dr Couto. It is most appreciated. Reggie Barnes has survived osteosarcoma with Dr Couto leading the team. Dr Couto, all the oncology team, the very friendly and helpful reception staff, Dr Dujowich and Dr Stockdale, the surgery team, and everyone else that have been a part of Reggie's care.
