Let me tell you my story we had an accident with a glass of wine on some white wool carpet and if you know anything about wool carpet, you know that it is really bad news, in addition to that there was an accident and there was some blood on the carpet as well! long story I won’t go into it. Everybody’s OK. We were going to tear out the carpet because we could not get the red wine stain out. Wool carpet is the worst and there are very few carpet cleaning companies that know how to deal with wool carpet, as I did my research I came across Brad‘s carpet cleaning, with his knowledge experience, and equipment which is 2nd to none I decided to ask him to come over and to do whatever he could do as a final effort before tearing the carpet out. I actually have before and after photos and a video of this whole thing because I just wasn’t sure how it was going to play out. First of all the crew showed up on time as scheduled so that was a big win right out of the gate. Then I realised the significance of the equipment that they were using a $150,000 rig that is custom designed for the carpet cleaning industry. It’s serious. After they examined the carpeting we discussed the options and they went to work, they rolled out protective floor covering on my hardwood floors, they put up protective devices around the door jams so that there hoses would not scuff the paint. They were neat and clean and very professional. I’m happy to pay more for an experience like this. The last thing I wanna do is pay hundreds of dollars and still have dirty carpet. The extraction equipment they use at Brad’s carpet cleaning is 2nd to none, that becomes obvious when you see their set up. Is Brad’s carpet cleaning the cheapest in town? No. But I had already used another company that was recommended highly that was cheap and they didn’t have great equipment, but I didn’t know that at the time. Once I started working with Brad‘s carpet cleaning I realised OK now I’m working with the best. The final product is excellent. The stains are gone. I did not have to replace the carpet. Between the commercial equipment and the chemical knowledge that was needed to remove the stains they were able to restore the carpeting. So I’m 100% happy and satisfied with the entire experience and can highly recommend Brads Carpet Cleaning in Bend, Oregon. I did schedule them to come back to do the rest of the house and that’s going to happen in a few weeks. Don’t waste your time calling anybody else if you’re looking for the best quality not the lowest price but the highest level of quality service and final product that’s what you can expect to get. Oh, and one final thing I want to emphasise that they know how to work with wool carpeting and most of these carpet cleaning guys have no clue. They might try to tell you that they do but they don’t. So if you have wool carpeting, this is your guy.“
