After four quotes regarding installing a new shower, we are very pleased to have chosen a local company Deschutes Plumbing. Our salesman Josh gave a superb presentation of products and helped us decide what would best fit our needs. The company provided a technician to assess what had caused the damage to our existing shower so we could send pictures to our homeowners insurance. We then met Eric an amazing carpenter who takes great pride in his work. Also Jake, the plumber, who efficiently rerouted lines to accommodate the new fixtures. Highly recommended this company.
Deschutes is our go to plumbing contractor for our home in Black Butte. We most recently had them out to check out a hot water issue and they quickly diagnosed a faulty thermostat on one of the hot water tanks. That primary issue was resolved quickly and then a couple of minor issues were quickly addressed during that same service call. All the punch list items knocked out in short order. I would highly recommend Deschutes for any plumbing needs.
