Deschutes plumbing was a referral from Home Depot. I needed a water heater removed and replaced. Deschutes Plumbing provided an assessment and following detailed quote which I accepted. My technicians arrived on time and efficiently got to work. The 50 gallon water tank did not fit under the shelves in the mud room where my old tank sat. So either shelves needed to be removed or the tank sat up next to the shelves which prevented full access through the door into the kitchen. When I communicated my frustration and dislike my lead technician called the office. There was an alternative a shorter rounder tank. I asked if it would be the same price. He said, honestly I don’t know. I am a 77year old widow who felt trapped. I decided it was necessary and approved the change.
