“I have found my favorite nail technician in Bend. Haley MacDowall has been trained by her mother, Cheri (the owner of Look Esthetics) - herself one of the best nail technicians in Bend. Cheri passed down her knowledge to Haley and Haley is now the BEST! I had a spa manicure and an ultimate spa pedicure and it was FABULOUS. I have very dry cuticles due to very frequent hand wash and after my manicure was done my nails and cuticles looked amazing and healthy again. The pedicure was fabulous also. Haley really took her time to do an outstanding job and my toe nails have never looked better, but my favorite part was the massage. Haley is not only extremely professional but she is extremely pleasant to talk to. My entire appointment took 2hrs and it was worth every penny!Look Esthetics Salon is a very chic and cozy place, and most important it is extremely clean – shiny clean :)I cannot recommend Haley enough – definitely 10 stars out of 5.“
“HIGHLY recommend Jennifer as a stylist. I came in not knowing what to expect and was blown away by her professional skill plus warm personality. My hair is super challenging because it is soooo thin (I lost a lot last year - thank goodness the hair loss finally stopped with iron supplements)... she was able to do exactly what I had asked for and even took the time to train me how to curl it and which products would work best for it. I am only visiting Oregon but I wish I had a stylist as talented as she is where I live!“
“I got a pedicure over a month (5 weeks) ago and my nail polish still looks good!! I'm on awe because when I get my nails done at other places, you can tell it's been a while. I feel like my nails are still looking "fresh". The appointment process on their website was so easy and I actually prefer this method. I absolutely hate making phone calls. When you make an appt, you'd get reminder emails and texts which is super helpful. Also worth mentioning: I had to prepay for my service when I booked the appt. I didn't mind doing this. I just ended up getting cash for tip for the day of.The location is fairly easy to find with GPS even though I drove past it and has to make a u-turn but that was my fault for not paying attention. The salon is located downstairs.“

“Finally found the place ladies! Everyone needs to go here for manicures. I will never go to another nail place in bend ever again. My nails are perfect every. single. time. And I love being with these girls. They’re truly the best. I started going to Jayelle for my manicures about 6 months ago. I book an appointment with her every three weeks and my nails have never chipped or been broken, ever. I’ve tried almost every nail place in bend and they just don’t last. I’m rough on my hands and nails and needed someone who knew how to make my polish last. 2 of my girlfriends raved about Pink Poppy so I had to try them. Jayelle does a hard gel overlay and then I choose the shallac color I want and it’s a game changer. Katie has also done my nails and they are both amazing!
