“Beautiful space with an amazing ballet teacher. I just checked out Foundation Health and Fitness and WOW! I love that it's so open and airy inside. They have every need you would want under one roof. They have a large gym with all the equipment. A beautiful room filled with pilates reformers. Outside in a covered patio they have saunas and cold plunges. There is also PT and a massage therapist. It's a really amazing experience and all under one roof. I highly recommend talking with Matthew R. He's highly knowledgeable and super fun to take tour with. Once you try it out you'll be hooked.“
