After much consideration, we chose Solaire to build our custom home on Awbrey Butte, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.

Working with Geoff and the entire Solaire team was truly a pleasure. Building a custom home naturally comes with challenges along the way, but Geoff and his team consistently listened carefully to our needs and concerns, communicated openly, and responded promptly and fairly whenever issues arose. I've had the pleasure of photographing and documenting dozens of Soliare Homebuilders projects over the past few years — from construction progress to finished homes — and they consistently set the bar. Their jobsites are some of the cleanest and most organized I've worked on, which tells you a lot about how they operate. The office staff, project managers, and ownership team are all genuinely professional and easy to work with. The quality of their finished homes speaks for itself — one project I photographed even earned an HM in Green Builder Magazine. If you're looking for a builder who takes pride in every stage of the process, Soliare is the real deal.
