Heal, Grow, Thrive has been an integral part of my healing journey over the last year, and I am so grateful for their skills and expertise. I have seen significant improvement in every area they have treated.Dr. Kyle Rhodes is super thorough, knowledgeable, but most of all, such a caring and compassionate human. Liz and Iliana have also been a tremendous help along the way, and I deeply value their care and support.Max and Steven, the massage therapists, are fabulous…highly recommend! I had my first massage with Krystin and it was an incredible healing experience. I have hardware in my thoracic spine from T6-T10 and she worked thr muscles, fibers and scar tissue so deeply and lovingly. I left with new life.

I’ve been going to HGT for 2 years now and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. Consistently great customer service and patient experience from the time you walk in. I recommend Max to anyone who loves a deep tissue massage. Steven is another amazing massage therapist I’ve seen and have sent family to. In the 2 years I’ve been massaged here, not a single time have I felt any level of discomfort being massaged by a male provider. Max and Steven are very considerate, gentle and professional.
