Sarah is a truly wonderful esthetician–talented, professional, and incredibly knowledgable. I always feel so comfortable and relaxed in the studio, and I walk out feeling refreshed and glowing. The restorative facial is my go-to treatment, and Sarah does an amazing job catering to my skin's needs, adding in extractions, dermaplaning, gua sha, waxing, and light therapy as needed. Action Air is a smaller company in Sisters, OR, Chris Gulick has years of experience and expertise in the HVAC business, his prices are amazingly reasonable, and he and his son do all their own work. Install of our ductless minisplit heat pump went smoothly. What more could you want? Five stars!

I recently purchased the VIP Box from Cascade Mountain Pastures, and I am beyond impressed! The box included a full boneless loin roast, a full bone-in leg, a full boneless leg, a full rack of lamb, and the Mixed Grill box with lamb loin chops, lamb rib chops, lamb shoulder steaks, sirloin steaks, and riblets. The quality of the meat is outstanding—so tender and flavorful. Plus, the variety of cuts was perfect for all my cooking needs. The friendly service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
This place is wonderful! Casey is very good at what she does and she actually listens to what the customer wants rather than just following what she thinks should be done. She's also a deeply caring human being who is a pleasure to work with. I'm a regular customer!
This was our second stay at FivePine Lodge & Spa, and it was every bit as memorable as our first.
We came for a long Memorial Day weekend to meet up with friends and unwind, and FivePine delivered exactly what we were looking for: a peaceful luxury retreat in the middle of the forest.
The cabins are spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful, high-end touches. We always try to book one along the edge of the property facing the trees, and the views never disappoint. Waking up to a forest instead of a parking lot is hard to beat. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom is better than most luxury hotels, with a separate water closet, a large shower, and a deep soaking tub that fills from the ceiling.
Beyond the cabins, the entire property is designed for relaxation. There are walking trails throughout, a welcoming lodge with plenty of space to gather, a well-maintained pool, and extensive grounds that encourage you to slow down and enjoy the surroundings.
One of our favorite things about FivePine is its location. It's an easy walk into downtown Sisters, which meant we could start our mornings with a stroll to Sisters Coffee and a visit to the local bookstore before heading back to enjoy the rest of the property. The lodge also has restaurants and a spa on site, which I've reviewed separately.
I could keep describing it, but honestly, the photos tell the story better than I can. If you're looking for a place to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with nature without sacrificing comfort, FivePine is a wonderful choice.
Will we be back? Absolutely. It's quickly becoming one of our favorite getaway destinations.

I had the headspa treatment from Carol yesteday and it was by far the best headspa ive had. She for sure has the magic touch. In addition to that her space was absolutely adorable, welcoming and cozy. I liked her personality and her taste in music. I have curly hair and she knew what to do with it. Her products were amazing too and my hair feels very soft and full of body today. I highly recommend her if you are looking to relax and forget whatever is going on. She was worth every penny. Ill be visiting regularly for sure.
Veronica is great at cut and color. Plus, she has a fun easy going manner. They can also schedule you in Redmond or Sisters if needed.

My 7 year old LOVES attending the ballet/tap classes at the studio and today Lonnie hosted Autumn's 7th birthday party! Best party yet! So much fun. Lonnie did an amazing job organizing everything and having non-stop fun with the kids!
It was my first time at this salon, and it did not disappoint. My stylist (McKenna) was able to do my hair in about 3 weeks from the time I called, and she was incredibly sweet. She made sure the cut and color were what I wanted and worked to make it just right. I plan to return.
Whitney was wonderful with my almost 2 year old! She got her bangs cut with no meltdowns which is a first. She put glitter spray in both my daughters hair which they loved. We will definitely be back!

They were very kind about rescheduling when I was not quite ready. On the day of our rescheduled appointment, Marwan arrived on time, patiently and thoroughly reviewed every room in the house before he got started. He explained the process and got to work.
The results are amazing. Between a puppy, a very sick adult dog and life in general, our house and carpet felt and looked lived in. Marwan’s expertise completely revived our carpet. His attention to detail is impeccable.

Hats off to Cascade Fitness! I was traveling and staying in Sisters and the accommodated my workout needs perfectly. I was able to buy a weekly pass with ease. Kyle was very helpful with making a process online smooth. The gym is very clean and organized, you can see ownership and members take very good care of the facilities.
I wear many hats with our family business and I am sincerely grateful for Capstone CPAs in Sisters. Pam Love is remarkable. She has done our payroll and has answered many of my bookkeeping questions. Capstone CPAs have great customer service. Lance is a professional all the way and has made our tax life less stressful.
They managed to get me in for a same-day appointment to remove some cheat grass from my dog's ear, and both the receptionist and the doctor were very kind to both me and my dog. And, although I was quoted a price when I made the appointment that included sedation, I was very happy that Dr. Steve first tried removing the cheat grass without sedation--and succeeded! That meant that I got out of there for half of what I expected to have to pay, and more importantly, my dog didn't have to deal with being sedated. I also liked that I was able to be in the room with my dog during the procedure (which is becoming less common at other vets over the last few years, I've noticed--and causes unnecessary stress to the dog...and by extension, to me.) Very happy with the whole experience.
I have used them for 27 years. As a physician, I can report that respond quickly to communications, are caring, courteous and very competant. In a word, terrific!
As returning guests of FivePine Lodge, Shibui Spa was at the top of our list to revisit. One visit was all it took to know we'd be back.
Located right on the FivePine property, Shibui strikes that perfect balance between luxury and tranquility. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel yourself start to relax. The space is warm and inviting, and it's easy to forget about everything waiting for you outside.
This time, I booked the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage. I've had plenty of hot stone massages over the years, but this felt different. The warm salt stones seemed to provide a deeper, more soothing experience, and it was so relaxing that I actually dozed off for a bit, which almost never happens.
What I appreciate most about Shibui is that it feels genuinely welcoming. It's upscale without being stuffy, and everyone we encountered made us feel right at home. I also enjoyed browsing the spa shop afterward. They have a nice selection of products and gifts.
If you're staying at FivePine, put Shibui on your list. If you're visiting Sisters or live nearby, it's worth booking a treatment even if you're not staying at the resort. We made a point of coming back, and I'd happily do it again.

The staff here was the best they were not only very nice but they were very accommodating.I had some transportation issues, that caused me to be late and they were still so nice and respectful. The doctor was great too!
I got my nails done after a very long time and while Kevin was doing my nails (very patiently, because I was getting anxious), he made sure every single thing was perfect and I didn’t even have to say a word. He did an amazing job. It’s a bit of a drive for me to go back, but I’m definitely coming back every time I want them done.
Also wanna add, he made sure that the fill was all the way to the top, not like a lot of other places do it so you need a fill every week.
He also made sure that the inside was smooth and not gunky. Reminded me of why I don’t get them done very often by taking care of every single one of those things without me having to even ask.
10/10 recommend.
