“I never write reviews but I feel compelled to because of how amazing my experience was with Andy. I am 25 and very physically active. Due to a bad bed and exacerbated by beach volleyball, my lower back pain has made it difficult to do anything other than lie down. A previous masseuse told me my right hip was much higher than my left, and strongly recommended I see a chiropractor. Andy literally fixed me within 20 minutes. Not only was it a great massage, it was a CRUCIAL improvement in the mobility of my muscles. He listened, diagnosed, and fixed all my pain. On top of that, he is extremely knowledgeable (more than many doctors I have seen) and gave me tips on how to continue stretching and rolling outside of his office. This guy is a miracle worker and incredibly reasonable. It was $100 for 75 minutes and he worked on me well past the allotted time. What he did was worth double, triple what he charged. He is a good guy and truly cares about his work. I wish I lived around here so that I could go back. Thank you Andy!“

“I have had a very successful experience at Cascade Nutrition Consulting. I wanted to be healthier and lose a little weight, but not feel like I was battling my diet every day. I was two years out from having my second child, and I was not making progress toward my health goals anymore. Since I saw Annie, and she helped me to lay out a plan for diet and exercise, I have seen awesome changes. I don't feel hungry. I just feel healthy and more confident.“

“Chiropractor Dr. Kremer gave me his full attention and was extremely kind and personable. Chiropractic adjustments were confident, and gentle, yet effective. I've been experiencing upper back pain chronically for several months now and he is really helping me.“

“Super positive experience training with Krista! Although I only recently started training with her, I feel like I’ve made the right choice.Because I have a few injuries I am particular about who I work with to ensure I’m not causing further issues. Krista knows her stuff and is easily able to modify exercises as we go to accommodate injuries. The sessions are appropriately challenging with interesting, new exercises and there aren’t any concerning pains for those injured areas after training. My shoulder feels more mobile/pain-free than it had been in months (better than after physical therapy sessions)She spends time at the end of the session doing stretching and massage work that resolved some awful neck pain I had been having for weeks! I went from experiencing daily neck pain to being virtually pain-free after just my first session. She has an enthusiastic, encouraging energy that makes the training fun, the gym is clean/nice/well-stocked with a variety of equipment, and the vibe is just good. Highly recommend!“

“Oregon CrossFit is a fantastic gym that I feel so fortunate to have found. I found OC through a post by a fellow mama in a Bend facebook post sharing info about the Momfit cohort/program that coach Jules teaches. I was appx 4 months postpartum with my second child looking for a way to build back strength. I loved everything about Jules’ classes. I loved that I could bring my baby (or not), meet other mamas and build community, get strength guidance from a fellow mom that’s mindful of pelvic floor strength. Jules is also everything you want in a coach - approachable, kind, funny, smart, and strong. Once I finished the one round of the Momfit cohort I wanted to graduate to the general population fitness courses or “regular CrossFit”. I completed four personal training sessions with Michael to go over all the common weight lifting positions that would be covered in class. He was so incredibly patient with me, answering all my questions about proper form and my mom brain forgetting just about every rep I was on all the time. I also met Kelly (another coach) randomly at Trader Joes during all of this and through that one encounter have found another friendly person to chat with as I start general classes. To summarize my lengthy review, my enthusiasm for this gym and the experience come down to a couple of things:1) I love the support they extend to mamas, getting us back into the gym with the focus being on our health, strength, and enjoyment2) Not once have I left a class on the floor. Don’t get me wrong, the classes are hard, but compared to other CrossFit gyms it’s nice that they’re not going for the shock and awe of every workout being the hardest of your life. They’re focused on getting people strong and consistent over the long haul.3) The people are kind and I notice (and love) the variation they have in ages in the class. I regularly see folks 60+, 20 something and all in between. It brings a nice energy to the gym and opportunities to connect with people in different phases of life.If you’re on the fence in trying CrossFit or coming back to the gym, come here. You’ll be so happy you invested in yourself by investing in this community. I’m so grateful I took the leap. I look forward to every chance I get to move my body, meet new people, and learn new skills and new capabilities I didn’t know I had.“
