Dr Jacoby and her staff are truly amazing. They care about each and every pet (and their parents). The dogs are never put on tables which make many pets uncomfortable; instead, the vet and her staff come down to floor level to greet the dogs and put them at ease. I am pretty picky when it comes to vets and tried out several when I moved to Bend, but Elevate Pet is the VERY best!!!
Brooke Jacoby, DVM is an excellent caregiver for my fur babies. He genuinely seems to care about their health and well-being, as well as my confidence and comfort in the treatment she is providing.The staff at elevate pet wellness are efficient, professional, friendly, and genuinely nice people I recommend without any reservation, selecting this practice for care of your pets.
The team at Elevate is absolutely amazing, caring, thoughtful and professional. I have a fear reactive dog with many gut issues, and the team at Elevate is absolutely amazing. Dr Jacoby and team are the best Vet team ive worked with and we're super lucky to have them as our vet provider.
