Technician was so helpful. He did a very thorough job of identifying the entire scope of the issue at hand. I also was very pleased when I contacted this company and had a most friendly and professional conversation about my concerns. Prompt scheduling certainly beat out the prior co. I contacted that was scheduling out a month. Can't imagine having this unknown animal invading my home and waiting a month to do anything about it. I will call Alpine first with any future needs.
Brydon was so friendly and kind. First off he texted to tell us that he’d be arriving soon. He came to the door, introduced himself and then went through everything that he would doing, as we had just signed up and today was our first treatment with Alpine. He asked if we had any questions or concerns.
Brydon stated he would check the crawl space for us. Which we had him do. That to us was above and beyond because who wants to go down in any crawl space.
Brydon then went outside and began his treatment around our home and in our garage. Once finished he came to the door once again and let us know how everything looked and that he’d be returning in 3-4 weeks.

Can’t recommend Alpine Pest enough! William was not only so kind, but truly went above & beyond to help me with the mice situation in my crawlspace. He was super thorough, explained everything he found, and made the whole situation feel a lot less stressful.
He even offered to take a look at a pipe that was leaking while he was down there and helped me figure out where the water was coming from, which obviously had nothing to do with pest control and was just incredibly nice of him to do!
