Central Oregon Tree Experts were by far the best local tree service I have used, and I've used 4 or 5 of them. They arrived on time, calling in advance, did things safely, were mindful of damaging the ground/septic systems and the clean-up was the best I have experienced. They even used mostly hand-tools for trimming limbs. Their cherry-picker was instrumental in getting to the dead limbs. They accomplished exactly what I wanted. They were environmentally friendly as well, by turning off their chipper when they weren't using it and not running their trucks when parked.
