Dr. Long and his team are the best vets in town! They are all super nice, know our dogs, and have a great care plan for our puppies, which gave us huge peace of mind and saved money. I am always shocked when I call them and they know our pets and situation right away. We have small dogs which they care for very well, but our friends with giant dogs love them too and referred us to Dr Long. As an added benefit, they were much more affordable than other vets I had spoken to and always got us scheduled so quickly when we had a need. I'd highly recommend them if you are looking for a vet.

I just started going here. Friendly and helpful staff. I feel like my babies are in good hands.Update: The receptionist was not super friendly today. I've interacted with her before and she had been okay, not great, but okay, but today she bordered on rude. She didn't say hello when I walked in, ask how my day was or anything like that. She was helping someone else and when she finished she just said that I was to go into the room and wait. She showed me to the room and left. When it was time to check out she just gave me the price, again no pleasantries or small talk. I was to make another appointment which was met with the same curt tone of voice. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be using Ark Animal clinic full time. The Vet was amazing and very helpful. Thanks for all you guys do!
