Highly recommend. Excellent carpet cleaning, great communication and friendly team. The confirmation email provided an option to have my dryer vent cleaned. Yes please. It filled the whole shop vac bag, fire hazard eliminated, phew! Thank you.

I honestly had a bad experience with Interior Care Carpet Cleaning. I think it was a one off situation where my rug got lost in the mix of their busy schedule and it ended up not being treated right or maybe it had a bad reaction to the chemicals used. Either way what happened is unknown. But that being said what really makes this a 5 star review instead of a 1 is that the owner did everything he could to fix the problem at the end of the day. He did end up ordering a new rug for us eventually when I finally found one to replace the old one with (which was almost a year later as I was having a baby when everything went down originally and was just not emotionally available...read full review

Would absolutely recommend Interior Care Carpet Cleaning to anyone! We were moving into our new home and needed to get the carpets deep cleaned in our old home rather quickly. They worked with our schedule and got it done right away. When we returned the next day after things had dried it was clear "wicking" had occurred during the drying process and when I called to ask about it, the owner himself volunteered to come by on the weekend to give it another pass and set up fans to reduce the wicking. They did not just do the job - they made sure the job was done right.
