They are both incredibly talented guys who saw it to go over and beyond their efforts to install this heater in my garage which required a special condensate drain. They even rerouted my condensate drain from our HVAC system to the water heater drain and did not charge me for it. They were efficient and worked from the minute they got here to the moment they left the property. The price was right and I felt good about what they accomplished.
