Corey has been servicing our house monthly for two years. We have many pack rats and mice that come in from neighboring countryside. Having this service keeps them at a minimum and out of the house! Corey and Krista were so helpful, resourceful and kind. I have an Airbnb and one of my guests thought I had bed bugs- For obvious reasons, I was beside myself and immediately started calling around to get an inspection.Krista rearranged their schedule so Corey could come to my home as soon as possible. I was told by another company that a dead pill bug was a bedbug and with 100% certainty Corey told me that was not accurate, that I absolutely did not have bedbugs and gave me a thorough inspection and report the same day indicating that.Thank you for your urgency and professionalism with this unfortunate situation. I can't say enough good things about Dan. I left a voice mail early in the day and he returned my call promptly. Even though he was booked for months he was willing to spend an extended time on the phone coaching me through some options. Then he was kind enough to stop by on his way to another appointment to point out a few important details. As a single woman this is a task I was dreading. He went above and beyond to help me and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. It is difficult to find such quality service anymore. He's a local business owner too!
