I've had 3 back surgeries in the last year, most recently another spinal fusion. And honestly, the Teicheiras have been instrumental in both keeping me moving and lessening my pain as much as possible. I am deeply thankful to their skills, compassion, good humor and care about me as an individual. I strongly recommend this practice. I also appreciate their encouragement as I was waiting for surgery - and all the ways they kept me as strong and independent as possible - it's made all the difference in my recovery and I can't wait to get back to their care.
