Always appreciate these folks at Bend Dermatolgy. Very pragmatic as well as thorough.First time that I’ve seen Sean Healy, a PA in the office and had a great experience with his asst too. I requested to see Sean for the follow up appointment. Especially love to see the Westside office more robust with physicians, PAs, and products. Thanks for making that happen. It’s hard to get to the eastside location from where we live.
Someone at BD had cancel my appt. The receptionist was able to talk with the doctors and my yearly visit was completed.
The west side is far more inviting than the east side office. Staff there are not friendly nor accomodating and the waiting room is crowded and dirty. They need to take a lesson from the west side office which is friendly and anxious to please.
Definitely a five-star experience at Bend Dermatology in Northwest Crossing last week. I was able to make an appointment on short notice that fit my schedule. The pre-visit questionnaire was easy to navigate, and check-in went quickly and smoothly. Their office is new and very clean. PA-C Sean Healy took care of my concerns and treated me very professionally. I'd highly recommend Bend Dermatology and PA-C Sean Healy.
