Rusty Pipes was amazing to work with for our hot water heater replacement. He even stopped by to tweak bad venting on the old hot water heater before installing the new one. New installation was fast, outstanding communication, and job well done. Will use Rusty Pipes for all our plumbing needs!
Rusty is amazing! There is not other plumber I would ever call to handle any issue or job. He shows up, hes quick and thorough gets the job done! If something needs to be ordered, he fills me in and follows up after parts are in!
my 20 year old garbage disposal started failing. I found a deal on line and bought a new one. Next step was finding a plumber and Rusty is the sunriver local talent. So gave him a call and left a message with my problem. Shortly after I received a text message with instructions to reset the bottom button and try turning it with a hex wrench. Worked a bit but the disposal was dying. So Rusty showed up the day after the new one arrived. He was more than happy to install what I bought. Installing the new one was not as easy as the youtube videos so I'm glad I hired a pro. Little over an hour and job was done. Nice guy who knew what he was doing.
